To realize this policy, we do the following:

1. The quality policy for the year is decided.
2. The quality objectives are shared with the supervisors; implementation plan is defined and deployed to all employees.
3. This quality objective is pursued together with the quality objective of the product, which leads to a continuous improvement of the quality management system.
